Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for paid subscriptions to the TradeMedic™ AI behavioral trading analysis product ("TradeMedic" or the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, the TradeMedic Terms of Service.

Hoc-Trade Technology Pte. Ltd.

("Hoc-Trade", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore (company registration number 202411346W) with its registered office at 11 Collyer Quay, #17-00 The Arcade, Singapore 049317.

1. Payment processing

Payments for paid TradeMedic subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for that purchase is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Paddle handles billing, payment, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. Free trial

Every TradeMedic account includes a free trial period, as described in the TradeMedic Terms of Service. No payment method is required to start the trial and no charge is made during it. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm that TradeMedic meets your needs before subscribing.

3. 14-day refund guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, for any reason. This applies to your first subscription purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at info@hoc-trade.com or contact Paddle directly using the details on your purchase receipt. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

4. Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us promptly — within 7 days of the renewal charge — we will review the request and may issue a refund at our discretion, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service during the new billing period.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or where account activity indicates an attempt to obtain the Service without paying for it.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Where those rights provide greater protection than this policy, they apply.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
